Shipping policy

Dispatch

Regular online orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery time is additional.

Seasonal and special pre-orders follow the dispatch date stated on their product page. A pre-order date applies only to that product, not our regular coffee range. Jamaica Blue Mountain is roasted to order; contact us if you need coffee for a particular date.

Australian delivery

Standard shipping is a flat A$10 per shipment. Express shipping is a flat A$15 per shipment. There is no minimum spend for these flat rates, and no automatic free-shipping threshold. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery time depends on your destination and delivery service. The two-business-day dispatch timeframe is not a two-day delivery promise. Please contact us before ordering if you need your coffee by a particular date.

Subscriptions

For a new subscription, review the recurring shipping charge shown at checkout before subscribing. Existing subscription delivery arrangements remain as shown in your subscription account; this policy does not change an existing agreement.

Delivery

The A$10 standard and A$15 express flat rates apply to Australian delivery only. International services and charges depend on the destination and order and are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need help.
